1. Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out, regardless of check-in time, is till 12:00. For extended stay, an additional fee of 10 euros applies (late check-out until 15:00). Late check-out is only possible upon request and must be confirmed by the hotel management.
2. Hotel charges are applied per room.
3. If the room is for 2 guests, only 2 people are allowed. For rooms designed for 3, 4, or 5 guests, the occupancy is determined by the maximum number of expected guests. Guests staying in the room can be present until 23:00; after this time, an additional fee of 10 euros per person will be charged.
4. Guests are required to pay for the hotel service upfront, before receiving the keys and using the room.
5. Upon arrival, guests must fill out a registration form and provide identification details as specified in their documents (passport, ID card). Guests must present passport or ID card; otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation.
6. Upon check-in, guests must provide their credit card number, expiration date, and name or deposit 50 euros in cash (by completing a "Deposit Receipt and Refund Form"). This confirms that the hotel has the right to charge a penalty for any violation of internal hotel rules.
7. Hotel-provided items (towels, glasses, TV remotes, etc.) are not intended for use outside the hotel. These items are rented with the room but are not gifts. All equipment is the property of the hotel.
8. Moving furniture in the hotel room is not allowed.
9. Please maintain silence after 23:00 to avoid disturbing other guests.
10. When leaving the hotel, please return the room key to the reception.
11. The fee for a lost key is 10 EUR.
12. The guest is financially responsible for any damage to hotel property. The guest confirms their agreement by signing the registration form. Hotel property includes walls, doors, windows, floors, room plants, etc.
13. Upon departure, the room should be checked together with the administrator.

15. A fine of 50 euros applies for smoking in non-designated areas. There is a designated smoking area (balcony) on the 3rd floor.
16. Please do not leave your belongings unattended. If necessary, you may leave your items with the hotel receptionist.
17. The guest is responsible for any violations of fire and security safety regulations on the hotel premises.
18. The administrator has the right to refuse accommodation if the guest is in an intoxicated or impaired state (under the influence of alcohol or drugs).
19. The administrator has the right to evict a guest for inappropriate behavior. In such cases, the administrator will call security or the local police.
20. Upon request and with the administrator’s permission, guests may visit your room from 8:00 to 23:00, provided they have proper identification (passport, ID card).
21. Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement. This is a paid service - 10 euros per pet per night.
22. The hotel reserves the right to request a 50-euro cash security deposit from guests who are on the hotel’s "blacklist" for any violations, by completing a "Deposit Receipt and Refund Form."
23. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests on the hotel’s "blacklist" for any violation of hotel rules.
