Hotel service provision
We process your personal data in order to provide you with hotel services, including accommodation. If you do not provide the required personal data, you will not be able to receive our services. We are subject to statutory obligations applicable to hotels, including the obligation to identify our customers, i.e., we must determine whether you are the person you claim to be.
We store personal data from customer registration forms for 1 year.

We conduct video surveillance and process your personal data when you are on the hotel premises, for the purposes of your personal safety and the safety of our employees, customers, and property. Video surveillance recordings are stored in our systems for up to 16 days.

If you order our services through our cooperation partners (e.g., Booking.com, travel agencies, tour operators), we will obtain data from those partners in order to provide our services to you.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?

To fulfill our obligations to you (e.g., to ensure accommodation reservations), we disclose your personal data to companies that provide outsourced services to us. We carefully assess all external service providers (personal data processors) who process your personal data on our behalf and under our instructions. We evaluate whether they apply appropriate security measures so that processing is carried out in line with our tasks, directions, instructions, and legal requirements. These companies are not entitled to use your personal data for any other purposes.
Law enforcement authorities, state and municipal institutions
In order to fulfill legal obligations, we may disclose your personal data to law enforcement authorities (e.g., the police), as well as to state and municipal institutions upon their request. We may also disclose your personal data to law enforcement authorities (e.g., courts) and state and municipal institutions in order to defend our legal interests by preparing, submitting, and maintaining legal claims.
